"Hosanna to the Son of David! Hosanna to Jesus Christ!" With these words the people hailed the Messiah who humbly entered Jurusalem on such a simple animal as an ass. These words gave rise to the name of the Hosanna Chamber Choir, founded in May 1991.
The Hosanna Choir is a church choir that sings each week during Liturgy and on festive days in the Church of the Supreme Wisdom of St. Ivanivska Lavra at the Studiyskyi Ustav Monastery (The Students Statute Monastery).
