Unique historiography monograph of the prominent Ukrainian scientist and publicman M. P. Drahomanov (1841-1895) first time issued by author in Geneva in 1881 in free from Russian censorship terms. The second edition went out in Kyiv in 1918 at Ukrainian Republic, but Russian occupation of Ukraine these small editions are practically destroyed and now in most academic libraries of Ukraine is a rarity or absent, as not available also in the libraries of universities and other schools.
