The chamber choir Svitych was organized in 1993 at Gogol Pedagogical University of Nizhyn.The members of the choir are students and former students of the musical department of the University, school teachers of the city.The repertoire of the choir Svitych includes pieces of various epochs and genres, arrangements of folk songs,West-European and Ukrainian folk music, pieces by modern composers.
